Joshua Feinbloom, Ph.D., Executive Chef and Owner, has been a food explorer, innovator and Bay Area caterer and cuisine maverick for over 40 years. Josh’s passion for customer service, combined with his exceptional taste, palate, eye for beauty and energy, has consistently created catering menus for numerous events – from 25 to 1,000 – that are fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Joshua Charles Catering over the last 10 years has engendered a popular following with consistent 5-Star ratings on YELP.
